BWD
Agency Inc., our employee benefits division, will
analyze your existing employee benefits program,
taking into consideration the financial requirements
of your company and the personal needs of your
employees.
We will then design, develop and implement
a benefits program designed to best serve your
business. Whether the most effective method of
providing benefit coverage is through a traditional
insurance policy, a self-funded program, or any
alternative vehicle, BWD has the expertise and the
resources to provide you with the information,
products and services you need -- regardless of the
size of your business or the number of individuals to
be covered.
In addition, BWD can assist in designing employee
benefit plans that will offer tax benefits and
flexibility for your employees, along with tax savings
for your company. For example, flexible spending
accounts and Section 125 "cafeteria plans"
enable your employees to select and pay for certain
benefit coverages, health care costs and dependent
care expenses using pre-tax dollars. Reducing an
employee's taxable income by the amount of the pre-tax
contributions made to these types of plans means that
the employee's federal income taxes will be lower
while your company's FICA and FUTA takes will also be
reduced.
As a participant in a group benefit plan for which
BWD Agency Inc provides brokerage services,

levels of privacy protection and the complete
confidentiality of any and all personal information
(such as medical and payroll records ) provided with
respect to your plan participation. Your consent to
release BWD Agency Inc -- in accordance with the
strictest standards of privacy, security and
confidentiality is given upon enrollment. The
insurance carrier for each of the group benefit plans
in which you are enrolled is responsible for
processing membership information and claims, as well
as for administering the terms and conditions of your
insurance coverage.
